Jesse's specialty is his orchids which are to be found in many of the homes in Dilworth, Eastover, and Myers Park. A full size print of this piece is under consideration. 		UPTOWN FROM Willie Simpson's Pumpkin Patch, Charlotte, 1990s Before the CVS Pharmacy grabbed the corner, the Simpson family moved to Eastway and Monroe Road. You can see the skyline before it took its current profile. This location was just across the road from Gus's with its fresh, my farm, vegetables. Both roads were widened and widened and widened and by 2000, this pumpkin patch was gone.
